Hello travelers, we are Paul and Morgan Bielmeier, the owners of Perched Above Pepin! We would love to introduce ourselves so you have a better idea of who you are renting from.

Paul and I both grew up in small towns and value the simple things in life: faith, family time, meaningful friendships, and traveling to enjoy God’s beautiful creations!

We have been blessed with three beautiful children and have another bundle of joy on the way! As a family we love being outdoors to unplug and connect with nature, whether it be swimming, hiking, camping, playing sports, or fishing (Paul’s top choice always 😉).

We have forever dreamed of owning a cabin on Lake Pepin,but never did we imagine our dreams would become a reality someday! This is all thanks to the will of God and your support. Thank you for helping us make our dreams come true!

We have already begun creating a lifetime of memories at our cabin. If you enjoy relaxing with family and friends as you take in breathtaking views, we believe you will love our cabin just as much as we do! Welcome to Perched Above Pepin!

Available to rent, starting April 17, 2023. The cabin is located on a bluff between Lake City and Wabasha, MN overlooking Lake Pepin. The views are incredible!! It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom that sleeps up to 6 guests.

There are two options to book your stay:
