We departed the Lancaster area, and traveled to Hershey PA, Chocolate World. First, an expedition via simulation train to various chocolate lands & sampled treats. Next, a great historical trolley ride through the city of Hershey. Then plenty of time to explore Chocolate World and take the Chocolate tour through the making process. Perfect way to round out our Pennsylvania Adventure. It's not just a ride, it's an adventure.

Today we explored the village of Bird in Hand at their Artesian Village. Then traveled to the village of In*******se to pick up more great finds.
Our afternoon we saw the fabulous performance of Daniel at the Sight and Sound Theater. Wonderful performance, and a must see. A theatrical performance spectacular. Wrapped the evening up with another great smorgasbord at Millers.
Another great day. Tomorrow, off to Hershey for some chocolate fun.

Our day started with a tour of the Amish country side. Our guide, Verna was fantastic. Had a couple stops at a bakery, then at a wood work and quilt shops. Beautiful treasures found. Next, a shopping visit to Kitchen Kettle. We wrapped the day up with a fantastic dinner and performance of White Christmas at the Dutch Apple Theater.
Another great day shared by all.

We set off for Lancaster PA yesterday. Today we started with a visit to the Flight 93 memorial. First stop at the wind chime tower of voices. Next, the memorial wall and boulder site. And then the visitor center with the sequence of events of the 911 attack on our nation. Even after 23 years, the events are so real, unbelievable, and heartbreaking. This particular memorial is a beautiful tribute to the brave 40 passengers that gave their life for this country.
We then set off for Paradise Pa for our first dinner show of the Christmas Candy Caper.
Fantastic smorgasbord, and a great show to start our early Christmas adventure.
Another great group of travel friends making memories in PA.
Tomorrow, touring the area and a Kitchen Kettle experience.

This song, sung by Dave, in Spanish, was played and sung as a tribute to my dad. My dad, when he traveled with us, sang to the group in Spanish, and was such a special treat for all. So this was a very special gift to me personally, and I can't thank Dave enough for the dedication. Mucho Gracias

Today we had a great cruise through both the Canadian and American Soo Locks.
Another great adventure.
Then as we departed, we were treated to a beautiful musical performance by our driver, Dave, and then passenger friend, Ernie with vocals and guitar.
