I ordered for the Manor an industrial swing set back in June in hopes of having it installed and ready to go for summer 2021 guests, supply chain issues, freight issues.

The swing was finally delivered Oct 2021 and is now ready for the numerous children that stay at the Manor every year. Why industrial? Because on occasion I want to feel like a child and swing. This swing set can accommodate adults up to 225 lbs.

Gowdy Properties, our number one happiness is our guest happiness. Every year we are successful, we love to reinvest back into our properties.

In addition to the new swing, there is also a new oversized washer and dryer.

You know what I love? That you can visibly see the top of our new and private industrial swing from Gunnison Ave. The swing consists of 2 swings that accommodate youth to adults of weight capacity up to 240 lbs. and a bucket swing for babies.

The huge buck out front of the Manor, just lounging around, delightful to see.
