Adding a concrete slab in the back yard for a future gazebo/BBQ island, an additional driveway on the west side of the property, and preparing to extend the east side driveway to make it a wrap around driveway. These additions will add to a better guest experience with room for their additional sand and water toys.

New carpet installed in the fully screened-in Arizona patio. A nice place for relaxation with a morning coffee or as you settle down for the evening.
