My room/bathroom is downstairs. Small cozy living roomy, kitchen stocked with basic breakfast items (coffee/tea, granola bars). Porch with 2 rockers, back deck with Adirondack style chairs. In a regular neigh

borhood, homes on either side, and I share a driveway with my awesome neighbors, who are personable without being obtrusive. This rental best for people who want to get out and explore, either right here in town as there is plenty to do and see, or use as a base camp--Saratoga 30 minutes, Lake George 10 minutes. Plenty of hiking, kayaking, biking, tubing, rodeos, miniature golf course. Lake Luzerne, the mighty Hudson and fun Sacandaga Rivers within walking distance. Home can be rented a multitude of ways.
