Soon both partners began focusing on customized homes in the Bloomfield Hills and Birmingham area. Our Pine Tree flip house (house on the lake in Lake Orion) would make a great HGTV episode! Turns out that this house was part of a large mortgage fraud and the title isn't clearing so fast. It's now in the hands of the court to decide who will get ownership. Here's hoping we still get the chance to make this an amazing lake home for someone!!!
