💁🏽‍♀️The design of our next Salt+Grit retreat has begun and we want to hear from YOU! 💌

🌲 Located just 40 mins from Portland, Oregon this epic Washington based haven will serve as the perfect oasis for a full day dedicated to reconnecting with self while embarking on a new year.

🧘🏻‍♀️Share your thoughts on our draft program:
📝 8 hours to immerse in this epic sanctuary. Itinerary will include gentle Pilates with deep stretching, Chef prepared lunch/snacks, wood fired sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, reading circle, meditation, journal prompts, group discussion (focused on dismantling barriers/ relearning the possible), community building. $600 with a discounted early bird option! Mid-January2025. Potential add on for massage appts.

Our Salt+Grit luxury half day (adult!) summer camp is getting lots of attention!

Enjoy the final days of summer by relaxing poolside (yes, it’s heated...and it’s salt water!) at a beautiful estate in Tualatin, Oregon. The afternoon activities have been curated to focus on self-care, rejuvenation, and community building. Our itinerary is intentionally flexible to cater your social battery level that day—you can participate in as many or as few of our unique activities...or, if you prefer, relax poolside with your favorite magazines or book.

- join the 2pm reading circle for inspirational poetry
