Love it when we find a cool brewery off the beaten path - Brasserie artisanale La Fabriq' was yesterday’s gem. Besides tasting their organic beers including a yummy Christmas beer which hadn’t even been labeled yet, we had a chance to tour around the historic brick factory where the brewery is located. Thanks for a great visit, Laurent! Santé!
