About one year ago, in the search for the best cup of coffee, we asked ourselves, “Why can’t we buy fresh-roasted coffee in this area”? Having a love for great coffee, we set out to change that! Realizing nobody was actually roasting coffee and that coffee beans purchased at the local grocery store or in many local coffee shops were either roasted months ago, or sealed in a bag and allowed to sit

on a shelf for a year or longer; it become obvious, the coffee we were drinking was simply…old. Understanding that the window for drinking fresh coffee was about two weeks after roasting and that quality in taste and aroma quickly decline with time, we decided to expand upon our passion and share our hobby of home roasting coffee with our friends and family. Compared to “coffee in a can” or beans roasted months ago, fresh artisan roasted coffee is an exceptional experience. The distinctive quality and unique attributes that custom roasted coffee is known for must be experienced to be appreciated. Quickly, the superior quality of our fresh-roasted coffee and the immediate demand we had for more drove us to think bigger and SOJO Coffee Company was born! With the purchase of a new roaster, we are now roasting and cupping small custom batches of the best single-origin coffees from around the world and creating blends that are simply outstanding! Follow us as we continue the journey of developing our passion! We anticipate having our website completed soon and will be bringing our best coffees to the public market. Every one needs to have their own personal experience to know the effects of CBD on their body.

Brent was not expecting much. HOWEVER.....this man was in a LOT of pain on a daily basis, so he's been consistently taking this everyday.

His pain has significantly DECREASED since starting this and being faithful about taking it. Ask him. He will tell you his experience! With our current medical system, it's necessary to have another option!

Ok all you crazy guessers out there... here's the scoop (pun intended), SOJO Coffee will be introducing Cedar Crest Ice Cream! we will carry 8 flavors of old-fashioned dipping ice cream for waffle cones and dishes! We'll even have waffle chips for those sweet bowls of goodness! Cedar Crest is a premium quality dairy located in Wisconsin and believe us, their ice cream is incredible! Danielle and I literally fought over the samples! The flavor selection is amazing and we will be rotating through them all! Although signage and menu boards are going up, it's gonna be a week or two before we are ready to go, so please be patient....and consider this post fair warning! Spring in Lakefield is gonna be sweet!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the Class put on by Alpha's Alternatives last night! VERY informative on the benefits, uses and processes of CBD! Their product is locally grown and they have extremely high standards producing the absolute best product available on the market! If you missed the class, we will have another one soon! Come and get your flag!

Just arrived! Part of our Community Clean-up/Beautification program is to see as many "Welcome to Lakefield" flags as possible around town. You can purchase yours at City of Lakefield, MN, City Hall, Lakefield Police Department and SOJO Coffee Company. The flags are "garden flags" approximately 12" wide by 16" high. $20 per flag, and the money goes to the park district for further clean-up efforts in our community parks and downtown area!
