Thank you to Brian Landefeld along with Diane, Addison, Kyle and Nolon for going fishing with me this past Tuesday, July 16. Despite being delayed five hours waiting for the heavy winds and waves to subside, you managed to put together a nice catch of July walleye. It was a pleasure and I look forward to fishing with you all again.

Great July fishing day topped off with a boat limit for Spencer Knight and his group today. Drifting and casting gold weight-forward spinners caught all 42 fish, with our new friends hooking 40 of them. They kept me too busy on the net to fish, my favorite kind of day. Thank you Spencer for choosing Mar-Lu and I look forward to fishing with you all again soon!

It was a tough grind for Lou Reza and his guys, some of the hardest fishing dudes I’ve had on my boat all year. Ended up with a nice mess of walleye to go home with. Also, congrats to John, up from FLA, for his first walleye on his first ever trip to Lake Erie. Thank you for fishing me this year guys, I look forward to seeing you again next year! Mar-Lu Sport Fishing

Since 1978 our family has been providing charter fishing, lodging and dockage at our business and home on East Harbor in Marblehead, Ohio. We offer full-service Lake Erie fishing charters captained by a highly experienced guide, which include bait, tackle and ice for every trip. We can accommodate any charter fishing arrangements you’d like to make, so, Let’s Go Fishing!

Our resort facilities include motel and cabin lodging, right at the marina, with your use of our large, concrete boat ramp and dockage included with your room or cabin. We also have ample parking for boat & trailer rigs with complimentary charging stations available to our guests. We have a large, covered stainless steel fish cleaning station with electricity and fresh water, as well as freezers available to store your catch. On the waterfront we have an expansive concrete patio with picnic tables, grills and a guest kitchen available. Our cabins also have picnic tables and grills. Nearby, also on the waterfront is our large in-ground swimming pool and patio.
