Never Monday on Maple We love Lakeside, and are passionate about sharing it with others. What better way than to make a cottage available during the Chautauqua season.

2 bedroom rental inside the gates of beautiful Lakeside, Ohio. Specific rental dates available during the Chautauqua season, and long weekends in the Spring and Fall.

Here are the available 2025 summer dates for Spare Nichols (441 Central);

May 15 - June 23

July 14 - 21
July 28 - 31
August 11 - 14

August 25- October 15

We offer flexible dates after Labor Day, and accept bookings until mid-October.

$175 per night, $160 cleaning/linens. Cleaning mandatory for $130, linens optional at $30

As a reminder our check-in/out days are only Mondays and Thursdays. We do not offer a Saturday-Saturday rental. We won't allow pets. Otherwise, we are incredibly agreeable...provide a grill, all linens and paper products, can make some bicycles available and are usually nearby to be responsive to needs or concerns.

After September 2nd

$150 per night, $150 cleaning/linens. Cleaning mandatory for $100, linens optional at $50.

As a reminder our check-in/out days are only Mondays and Thursdays. We will not offer a Saturday-Saturday rental. We also won't allow pets.
