Hello Lakeside Friends!

Here’s what's available at Spare Nichols for summer 2024;

Memorial Day weekend through May 30th

June 3rd - 6th

June 27th - July 1st

August 26th - 29th

After September 2nd

$150 per night, $150 cleaning/linens. Cleaning mandatory for $100, linens optional at $50.

As a reminder our check-in/out days are only Mondays and Thursdays. We will not offer a Saturday-Saturday rental. We also won't allow pets. Otherwise, we are incredibly agreeable...provide a grill, all linens and paper products, can make some bicycles available and are usually nearby to be responsive to needs or concerns.

We gave returning guests first dibs on 2024 dates, and here’s what is still available;

June 3 - 6

August 26 - August 29
After Labor Day

As a reminder, our cottage sleeps 4-6, has one bath on the first floor and our check-in/out days are Mondays and Thursdays only.

We provide linens for bath, kitchen and beach. We also provide bath and kitchen stocked with paper products. Bring your clothes, we’ve covered everything else.
