Walleye opener begins at midnight! No, I'm not getting up to go walleye fishing, but we had one heckuva great time today catching some crappies and enjoying nature's finest🙂 When I wake up in the morning, I will be going well fishing. And there will be no catch and release other than the grease for legal fish🙂 I look forward to a wonderful summer guiding and making new friends🙂

Happy Wintertime from the land of icy sky blue water😊Although ice fishing got off to a slow start it has really firmed up over the last week and I've done very well for pike, perch, bluegills and yes, even a few walleyes 😳As many know, I have passion for teaching people how to ice fish and enjoy all our great Northwoods has to offer . I plan on ice fishing guiding 2-3 people max and really enjoy teaching families and kids . My schedule is booked performing music Fridays and Saturdays but I'm available most other days of the week. I'm offering 5 hour trips on easy access lakes for 1-3 people for $300 .All equipment is included / live bait is extra as minnow prices have skyrocketed. Typically and extra $20. A little chilly today, but couldn't have asked for better company . It wasn't fast and furious but we managed to catch 20 plus bass and a few snakes of the lakes 😊✌️

It's been an AMAZING week in da Great Northwoods Hey! Colors have never been better and bass were rocking ! Caught well over 100 fish in 3 days with Jeff Custer. Every one of those fish are back in the lakes ready for the next lucky soul to battle them😊I do have some openings mid Oct for guiding and adventure tours . The big slabs are often caught in Oct with pre winter feeding frenzies.

Getting into the groove of transition to Fall. So love to share my love for the Northwoods through my pedal kayak adventure tours. Running a Fall special for nature tours through some of the most remote areas of Northern Wisconsin . 4 hour afternoon and early evening trips $125 pp 2 people max . $20 each shore lunch . All fishing trips also available at regular rates.

The boat traffic is way down throughout the Northwoods. Coming into what I consider the most beautiful and productive time for big and numbers of fish.
