Wow!, I haven’t posted here in almost a year LMAO.
In Sadder news, for those of you that don’t know, Jeffery passed away back on July, 8th at around 9pm. He passed away lying literally right next to him. I had gotten down on the floor to be near him, and that’s when he took 2 more breaths. A normal breath and then his last breath was like a “sigh of relief”. And least that’s what I’d like to thank it meant.
I had went away the night before the 9th and took the dogs with me. Jeffery started this really hard breathing and all while he was making these “pig-snorting” noises. Stupid me thought it was Jeffery being Jeffery. As time went on, I once again, had myself convinced that he was going to be ok once he got settled back in at home (which, we were back home, I had taken Johnny and the dogs home and then went back to my friends. I was going to stay again but I started feeling guilty about Jeffery, so I went home. I was home petting and caressing him for about 5 minutes before I decided to get up and lay on the floor next to him. The second I laid down next to him is she. He took those last two breaths)
