#5 - Celebrating October's opening of the new connector trail linking the Pilot Hill Recreation Area with the Happy Jack and Tie City Trail systems.

#4 - Revealing our new favorite murals at the Centennial Visitor Center last June alongside the Laramie Public Art Coalition.

#3 - November's Grand Opening of the new Holiday Inn Express West located at the north end of the Laramie Greenbelt.

#2 - Welcoming our new Executive Director, Andi Jaspersen, back in September!

#1 - Country Music Superstar Lainie Wilson releasing a music video shot in Laramie at the Oxford Horse & Cattle Ranch AirBnB. The video, "Whirlwind," came out in August and features cameos by the Albany County Sheriff's Department, J's Prairie Rose Cafe, and the Cowboy Saloon and Dance Hall!

We were so honored to be named "Partner of the Year" by Downtown Laramie Wyoming at the holiday parade earlier this month!

Here at Visit Laramie we are SO passionate about elevating the hard work of the Laramie Main Street Alliance, whether we're cross-promoting their premier events or working together to highlight Downtown's strong tourism assets. The work Mainstreet has done to bring vitality to our Historic Downtown District has made it a shopping and foodie destination unique to itself.

The historic mining town of Centennial, at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, just 27 miles west of Laramie, with abundant dining and lodging options.
