Lately been running into many who have bought places to STR. However, when you don't have experience and you are setting up all systems, please consult professionals to help you set it up! A couple tips - Simple decor, minimal rugs (if any easy to clean), 3 sets of all linens. If you want laundry on site, know the additional charge, and provide the time and ample washers and dryers to do so. So much more!

Heard this on the radio tonight! OMG! “An unwashed pillowcase could harbor three million bacteria - about 17,000 times more than the average toilet seat, according to a new report by Amerisleep. The analysis included cleanliness data for mattresses, linens and pillowcases, as well as a breakdown of the potential germs between the sheets.” I don’t think I want to read the whole thing however, so important in the rental industry should really clean the sheets!

I so love my floor steamer. It has a scrubby for the tough spots and amazes me what it picks up! It's a great additional service we offer. These floors had so much dust from a remodel! They look so spiffy!

Have you hired a cleaning company for your rental that leaves this... Give us a call. We went out for a cleaning that someone had hired a service to do. I don't think they ever vacuumed under the bed, you can see where they went around...
