This year, join us as we slow down, pause and reflect. This meditation and journaling reflection is a wonderful way to honor the end of a year, all you have done, how you have grown, let go of what no longer serves you, and move into the next year with intention.

How to make the most of this meditation and reflection:
1. Set your space: find a quiet space with minimal distractions if possible, adjust the lighting in your room, light a candle. This practice can be done anytime and anywhere. If you are on the go or traveling, you can clear your energy and use headphones or earplugs to block out noise or listen to calming music.
2. Pair with movement: yoga, a swim, a short workout, a hike or time in nature
3. Share with loved ones: choose to do this alone or with family or friends. This can be a powerful practice to do with your partner or spouse if they are open to it! Simply share space together or share some highlights from your reflection so you can align and support each other with your intentions for the next month/year.
4. Journal: writing out your intentions can be an incredibly powerful part of manifesting and setting intentions. There is no right way to do this! You can write notes, bullet points, words, free-write, and even draw! Have fun, and incorporate colors and images if you feel called to!
5. Come Back To This Practice: Life has a way of feeling like a fast moving ocean current that pulls us along. We can still find ways to slow down and assess our energy and the direction the waves are taking us! One of those ways is coming back to this practice. Keep it short and simple if needed. I suggest coming back to this once a month as a start to check in and realign.

Sometimes, it takes a significant event, like a loss or a global pandemic, to re-evaluate our priorities, recognize behaviors and mindsets that do not serve us, and finally take steps outside our usual routines to embrace the kinds of experiences we wish to have.
