I started my travel career in 1987 in Baltimore, MD with AAA Travel. In 1989, I moved to San Antonio and worked for various smaller agencies. In 1996, we moved to Southern California where I was an Onsite Agent at Yamaha Music Corporation. I knew then, that plotting the travel for musicians was what I did best. In 1998, we moved back to San Antonio, where I settled in with Corp. Travel Planners, starting as a corporate agent and moving up to Branch Supervisor, Corporate Supervisor and finally Client Relations Manager. I have a high regard and deep respect for the corporate traveler and the traveling musician. It isn't easy! The "Rock World" - I have been around rock bands for over 30 years. Starting with being the only "female roadie" for a local band in the Pittsburgh tri-state area in 1979 - to in 1983, spending a week on the road with Billy Squier - to spending a month in Europe touring with the heavy metal rock band, Accept - to today - my brother was the FOH Engineer with the one and only, Alice Cooper and now is FOH/Tour Manager with FOGHAT. I decided in 2007 it was time to try this on my own and started working from home concentrating only on the bands that I had begun to take care of 5 years earlier...RATT & WARRANT. It grew from there......usually by word of mouth. Rock The World Travel was born!!! I know what is expected - I know the demand of the touring musician! *************************************************** In the new age of touring , most artist are doing fly in gigs. Don’t try this at home . Debi will always get you there faster ,cheaper and with less stress. The best part is her customer service. In the crazy world of Rock and Roll, flights need to be changed and adjusted all the time. Try doing this with an online travel service. Good luck.
