NEI owners Helene and Bruce are in in Argentina this week! Buenos Aires is the first stop, and so far they have explored El Ateneo Grand Splendid, a bookshop named the "world's most beautiful bookstore" by National Geographic, took a stroll though the Bohemian Palermo District and visited the San Telmo Market.

Other highlights included Recoleta Cemetery (where Eva Peron is buried), a tour of Jewish Buenos Aires, a Mate sampling and an evening of Tango at the famous Michelangelo Legend Restaurant. Next stop is Iguazú National Park!

Indulge in lunch at Alfredo alla Scrofa, in Rome, where the classic dish fettuccine Alfredo was originally created.
Fly by chartered air and set out on a full-day 4x4 Jeep safari into rural Sardinia, stop for a traditional lunch of Sardo specialties in a local farmhouse perched above the scenic coastline.
Fly to Catania, in Sicily, and set out on a foodie tour of the city and explore its bustling markets.
Continue to Modica, for an introduction to their chocolate crafting skills: a molto dolce Chef's Table experience that includes a demonstration and tasting workshop.
Take a private flight to Puglia, and visit Locorotondo, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Proceed to Alberobello and see its traditional trulli houses. Have dinner at the famous Grotta Palazzese.
Take a Cooking Class at a Local Masseria, making pasta and foccacia.
Drive to Ostuni, a region famed for its massive, gnarled olive trees — some over 3,000 years old — to visit a local olive oil producer with an ancient underground mill.
Continue north to the Liguria region with a stops at the charming villages of Dolceacqua and Bussana Vecchia.
