🇺🇸4th of July Highway 95 Temporary Closure 🪧

BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. – July 1, 2025 – The Bullhead City Police Department wishes to inform the tri-state communities of the temporary closure of Highway 95 in both directions between 7th Street and Airport Center Drive on July 4, 2025, between 8:45 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. The fireworks show will begin at 9:00 p.m. and is expected to conclude by 9:25 pm. The closure is necessary to keep vehicle and pedestrian traffic out of the fallout area east of where the fireworks display will be operating. Any vehicle or pedestrian traffic that encounters the closures will be rerouted. The Bullhead City Police Department wants the tri-state community to enjoy the spectacular fireworks display safely as we all celebrate our nation's independence.

🌟 Rockets Over the River: Message to the Stars 🌟

TAKING SUBMISSIONS NOW - This July 4th, we invite you to honor and remember a lost loved one in a truly unforgettable way.

As part of the Message to the Stars segment during the Rockets Over the River fireworks show, we’re collecting heartfelt messages to those who are no longer with us.

In 250 words or less, share your story and the message you’d like to send. Submit your essay to [email protected] by June 15, 2025.

Selected entries will be read on air during the fireworks show, creating a moving tribute beneath the stars.

💥 Winners will receive a photo of their personal message on the rocket, along with the exact time and description of its explosion lighting up the sky.

Legendary Country Superstars Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson 🎼🎵🎸

LAUGHLIN, Nev. – Jan. 27, 2025 – Aquarius Casino Resort, located at 1900 S. Casino Dr., and Edgewater Casino Resort, located at 2020 S. Casino Dr., will celebrate Memorial Day weekend with legendary country superstars Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson, who will take the stage together at Laughlin Event Center on Saturday, May 24. Tickets for the show will be available to the public starting at 10 a.m. PST on Thursday, Jan. 30.
