2 Bedroom Summer Shore Rental
This is our Top Floor Home at 112 New Brunswick Ave. Lavallette NJ. It is a neat and clean renovated rental.
We have put some work into this home in the off season to make it even more renter friendly, and Covid safe. There is no shared ventilation between the upper and lower homes. We have had the rooms freshly painted, wood floors cleaned and sanitized, tile floors have been steam cleaned & sanitized. All new plantation shutters throughout,that are disinfected easily and often. New Bed frames reduce the need for box springs, and increase your storage space. Mattresses are covered and sealed with allergese enclosures. Flooring is either hardwood or tile. An ALL New bathroom that has its own ventilation (new), we gutted it down to the studs and subflooring to build it out to be spacious and easy to keep clean!

So this weekend I worked on getting our properties picture perfect for our renters! I wanted to share a few new photos from our 228 Bat Beach Way property. We have put in some new beds and a 58 inch smart Samsung TV. Completely repainted this home and added a dryer along with the washing machine and new electric for lighting each bedroom. In the spring we are putting in a new outdoor shower in too!

Progress update! Completely NEW KITCHEN, Just in time for our summer renters. We gutted out EVERYTHING, and replaced it with state of the art, restaurant grade 14g SS sink, SileStone Countertops, SS appliances, and we added a dishwasher too!
