It takes a lot of time and consideration, but it's worth it to figure out just the right design options to present to the client. The floor tile wasn't part of the reno, so everything is coordinated around its colors for a comprehensive overhaul of a single dad's countryside home. Classic neutrals set the stage and design boards relay the overall plan, with an enthusiastic approval of all but one concept. Score! Now, off to acquire and apply paint samples to get this party started!

Shout out to Jaynie at Lowe's for helping us secure the perfect master and guest bath cabinetry design for the Grand Lake cabin build! She uncovered savings, promotional discounts, free upgrades and multiple other details to keep the cost down and the quality solid. Could have been twice the price, but the "braintrust" prevailed. Four to six weeks and the magic happens! Can't wait to see it all!

It's so important to work with professionals AND work the details. This client's custom kitchen was all but signed off on, but first, one last measure to verify the plan. Turns out the actual framing was several inches off, which happens when the plans change. Good catch, back to the drawing board, custom crisis averted. Measure twice, cut once--good idea. Better yet, measure thrice.

Decorating for this 60th birthday party was a whole bunch of fun on a super reasonable budget! We themed colors around the new hotel's decor and staged the private dining room with these lovely decorations. The honoree said "it's perfect, exactly what I wanted!" It truly was lovely with lots of sparkle and some of her favorite things: candles, roses, wine, chocolates and a lot of really fun guests. Love it!

While there's nothing glamorous about this task, it's the client's guide to the important details of 22 custom doors for her new build (after hours of review and multiple changes, and a corrected copy to the installers). Making sure everyone's on the same page saves mistakes=money! Details...we rock them!

HGTV. Big fan. No. 2 is just gorgeous with sheet music place mats! Love the coziness of No. 3, and the simplicity of No.7. And No. 23 is a great example of pulling a theme from dishware--what a beautiful array of red using readily available (no pun intended) items to layer a spectacular look! The bunnies--sweet!

This home in Jenks needed some TLC for staging a sale. The owner admitted to not knowing where to even start. We went to work and the magic happened! She came home at lunch, before we were even done, and walked through our work mesmerized at the transformation. "I feel like I'm standing in a magazine." The house sold in four days. Staging. This master bath renovation transformed an outdated cramped shower, space-eating soaker tub, and low-grade finishes into a spectacular, affordable update! We took the original vanity mirror and turned it on it's end for a dressing mirror, and ordered custom tilt mirrors. Said the contractor: "If I had a nickel for every one of these tubs I've removed I'd be a rich man." Out with the old, in with the beautiful new Roman shower!

This turned out to be so very lovely. And I know how you can get one for yourself! I had the door panels removed and replaced with glass, a custom wine cabinet was installed below, topped with a granite counter and completed with custom LED lighting controlled by a handy switch.
