How to Meditate Properly:
1) Please take a seat in one of the chairs that are available.
2) Set a time limit for yourself and sit somewhere nice and quiet.
3) Be aware of your body; 4) be aware of your breathing; and 5) be aware of when your mind wanders.
6) Be kind with your straying thoughts.
7) Conclude on a positive tone.
