The lights are looking beautiful!

Live from Leavenworth! We are putting up the lights! The lights will be on every night from Thanksgiving thru Valentine's Day. If you can come during the midweek you'll be able to enjoy the Village of Lights with less crowds and still all the fun with the same beautiful lights!

The landscape at the cabin is bursting with color! Balsamroot is in full bloom, the orchard is green and leafy, and the deck is getting a new railing and fresh coat of paint. We're excited to be able to welcome guests back soon!

It already feels like Christmas in Leavenworth! The lights and snow will be here through February!

We still have January and February weekends available at Sunrise Vista, one mile from downtown.

Looking for a great Christmas gift idea? How about a winter getaway to Leavenworth, Washington?

Leavenworth Lookout had a cancellation in December, so the 16th-20th are available for booking a Christmas getaway! Only a mile and a half to downtown Leavenworth and adjacent to Ski Hill recreation area.

Our second vacation rental home, Sunrise Vista, now has a hot tub and also has December availability as well as some January/February weekends.

Leavenworth's Christmas lights will be up until at least Valentine's Day, so it's a fun and festive place to visit during the winter months, both for the town itself and all the winter/snow activities. Visit www.leavenworth.org for ideas.

Our Leavenworth vacation cabin has a couple of mid-week summer openings I'm offering at a discount:

Monday, 8/13- Thursday, 8/16 (4 nights)
Tuesday, 8/21- Thursday, 8/23 (3 nights)
Tuesday, 8/28- Thursday, 8/30 (3 nights)

I've just reduced the rates pretty significantly, to just $299/night with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

The cabin is large enough for 2-3 families or a big group of friends to stay together comfortably. It's a short walk (about 20 min) into town.

It's a great season for floating on the river, playing at the beach or community pool, hiking, or visiting the shops in town!
