The term “Travel agent” feels a bit outdated, don’t you think?

Today, we are so much more than an order taker.

As travel advisors, we bring years of training, experience, and a wealth of knowledge about hotels, cruise lines, tours, flights, group bookings, and so much more.

Sometimes our role involves wearing many “hats” to service your booking:

🎩 Therapist: We often have to navigate tough decisions about a client’s trip and reassure them when they are in a personal crisis.

🎩 Event Coordinator: With groups, we often need to handle details like guest dinner selections and seating charts for weddings and events.

🎩 Logistics Expert: Your personal booking may have as many as 25+ moving parts! Our role is then to seamlessly connect these so everything goes as planned (and we make sure that not one details is forgotten)

🎩 24/7 Support: We’re always on call for our clients in destination (or at least the good ones) - even if it means stepping out of personal events to help you.

And sometimes we are “yelled at” for things like flight cancellations and schedule changes that are out of our control.
