BALLOON SPOTLIGHT: The Houser Balloon. Since 1980, Houser Asphalt and Concrete has been known for high quality commercial and residential paving & concrete services. When owner Mike Houser decided to use a hot air balloon for marketing purposes for his company, he selected Gentle Breeze Hot Air Balloons to fly his balloon. We were very honored! This balloon, #4 in a series, features pennants as well as special-cut "scallops" in the rainbow pattern. The Houser balloon was built in 2017 and can carry up to 5 passengers. This balloon is a beauty and very striking with its colorful appearance.
