JOB DESCRIPTION
Wealth Management Office Assistant:
• Office location: Bedminster, NJ
• Employment type: Direct Hire (immediate)
• Hours: 3-hrs/day; 5-days/week (flexible)
• Salary: up to $15/hr
Seeking:
Office Assistant with clerical responsibilities ranging from filing and answering phones to opening and funding investment accounts:
• Answer phone calls and either redirect to coworkers or take messages.
• File client paperwork
• Print various reports from different programs
• Use Word and Excel
• Utilize financial modeling programs to build investment proposals
• Record company expenses every month using QuickBooks
