Why use our services?

Many people wonder why you would need a travel agent in our internet driven world. Anyone can book a trip at any time. But, have you ever ordered something online, get it in the mail and realize it looks nothing like it did online? Have you ever had a situation where you needed to change an appointment or speak with customer service and spent hours on the phone? Or are you new to international travel and not exactly sure what you need to take with you or how you’ll get from the airport to your destination? All of these are great reasons to use a travel agent. We take care of things from start to finish.

Here’s how a typical experience with us will be handled:

You reach out to us and let us know some details about what you want. You can provide as little details as “A tropical place in December for two adults” or as detailed as the resort name and dates.

We ask you a series of questions to make sure you’re getting the vacation experience you really want.

We provide you with a proposal from our vetted resorts, hotels or cruise lines. If you’re not sure about the exact option, we usually provide three choices and then go from there.

We discuss the options on the proposal.

You complete secure electronic forms providing your information for travel and your deposit information.

We make a payment to the travel supplier (Tour Operator, resort, cruise line, etc)

We provide you with a confirmation email and receipt.

We talk about what you will do when you are traveling and can help you look at activity options.

We are your local resource for any questions you have! You will never have to call an 800 number or listen to on hold music.

You let us know when you want to make payments on your vacation and we apply the payment.

We can help you select activities to do while on your trip. We can meet with you, talk over the phone, text or just email. We only offer suggestions from verified suppliers.

About a month-two weeks before your trip, we will get together or mail you your documents and review them together.

That’s it! You just tell us when you want to go, what kind of trip you want and we take care of the details. It’s like having a personal assistant for your vacation...all at no additional charge. We offer price matching for many things - just let us know what you’ve found and we will try to match it.

So, with all of that said...the better question is...WHY NOT?
