I KNOW A WEEK LATE!!!! Another amazing event Salamander Middleburg for the 4th annual 2024 Family Reunion!

4 Days, 1,000 guests each night, 600 guests for family style luncheons, Two ginormous Tents provided by Tara & Drew with Select , my team of 7, Select Event Rentals team of 6, 158,000 steps, a gaggle of amazing Vendor Partners to make this year another great success! So much amazing talent in one location. Of course the incredible staff at Salamander! Food , Food and oh Amazing Food!!! Kwame Onwuachi

What an amazing 3 days Ga***rd National Resort & Convention Centerwith my great friend Events n Logistics for her clients 500 person 3 day program. This Cherry Blossom Gala Awards dinner rocked it out! May we say Trees- WOW !!!!!

An amazing Night in Havana for a fantastic Corporate Client Lansdowne Resort . 400 plus guests and nobody wanted to leave the party! CEO was the last to leave. An incredible team effort with all my Vendor Partners to transform the Clubouse Ballroom and Piedmont Room. Talk about the coolest of bar set ups. looks like it was just built for the space!!!

Final Night for group of 140 Stone Tower Winery Still one of my favorite wineries! 2022 the Group was at Air and Space and this night definitely stood its ground! Risotto Wine Pairing Bar, Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Wine Pairing Bar, Wine Tastings, Port Tasting with Kingsbury Chocolates Salted Caramels, Scott Kurt Trio, and so much more... Great evening had by all.

A wonderful night of 500 guests Smithsonian Air & Space Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center. Lansdowne Resort . Amazing Food, lighting of course always brings an event to life. My Angels, part of the full team for the night, and not often i have 10 motorcoaches for an event :) go Terri Bright!

Day Two Middleburg Film Festival at Harriman's Restaurant Salamander Resort. 120 Women came together to celebrate Women in Film for a glamourous Luncheon in between the movies "Priscilla" and "Nyad". Table Numbers were just a fun touch! Loved the florals and linens........

89,944 steps, 58 hours and the hardest part for me was seriously - 174 placecards. the bain of my existence LOL. Final nights activities- Bryan Furman BBQat the Equstrian Center Stables Salamander Middleburg. Always fun with a check linen, sunflowers tied in Ukrainian Film Makers. Blade and Bow Whiskey Bourbon Trailer sponsored by Diageo in 2 places- big hit ! Terrace Tent loved the Magenta- all the fun lounge groupings- Coca Cola, tent sponsor definitely hit it out of the park with us. Thank you to All One Venture, Digital Lightning, AFR Events, Party Rentals, Select Event Group, Metro Technical Services, Nature Composed, Inspire, Curated Events DC, and of course Salamander Resort & Spa, amazing dedicated Team!

Fall Races were a big hit yesterday depsite the dreay weather! So many clients and guests showed up to the Salamander Resort & Spa VIP Tent. Woodford Reserve Activation Station, Amazing Food from the Resort Chefs- Kudos Jose!!!! That raviloli with wild mushrooms, fresh herbs and garlic- talk about your high end comfort food. Loved the gold glassware- thank you Lindsey, and of course Rosanna has the best stash of furniture.

Great evening where the weather held out just enough with a chill for 95 guests to thoroughly enjoy the Culinary Garden Salamander Middleburg Up lighting in the trees always a plus! And meanwhile in Gold Cup i had to stop and enjoy a pizza and some wine in the middle of dinner :) Great Pizza at Gold Cup in the Resort.

What an amazing day out for a group of 25. Wine Tasting Sunset Hills Vineyard, Luncheon Magnolias at the Mill Restaurant Views and Wine Tastin Bluemont Vineyard and to end the day with a stop at Moms Apple Pie.. Great outing!

The Culinary Garden is truly coming to life even in the centerpieces. Great job Erik!!!! Such a nice set up and color palette for this final night for last weeks Group!!! An amazing program- thank you to all my team you all know who you are and the staff at the Resort- you rock!

An amazing Dinner and evening Cider Barn. So many elements go into a great event- Lighting, Florals, Custom created chalkboards, Lost Barrel Brewery Craft Beer Tasting, Virginia vs Napa Wine Challenge- RdV versus Joseph Phelps, Fun musical Duo, specialty Rentals, Catering by Salamaner Resort & Spa. Custom LED Wine Bottle Menu Cards, Mercedes Sprinter Transportation and all of this created a spectacular night for 62 guests.

Another amazing event for NSLM Polo classic 2023- My 8th year of doing this!! Of course I say My lightly. I would never get though this without my own A Team of course(Rose, Kelly, Wendy, Leslie, Gabrielle, Luke, Travis) and the rock star Vendor Partners -Commonwealth Tents, Susan Gage Catering, MJ Valet, United Rentals, AFR Events, Bella Villa, the AV Company, Linda Longworth, Black Garlic Catering, Salt Pot Kitchen, AEC Medical, of course Great Meadow Team! And without a doubt the incredible team at the NSLM - Reid and her Crew :)

A great week and weekend with a Corporate group of 90 Salamander Middleburg. Red Fox Inn did an amazing dinner for the group and you just have to love Kuhn Jet Center at Leesburg Airport!

The Family Reunion year 3 thank you to .salamander for sharing photos. planning throughout the year, 650 family style luncheons for 2 days, 3 nights of 1,000 , 106,000 fit bit steps :) seeing the wonderful carlaphall , thank you to my sidekicks- Kelly & Rose! Last Corporate group of the year Salamander Resort & Spa!! Woohoo... Best part is it is one of my favorite clients who i have had the pleasure of working with for years. 2 nights of fun decor- some holiday some speakeasy with a Ventriliquist/magician. Now back to the Kitchen LOL.....

Look whos Coming to town......... Brunch with Santa in Middleburg- today and next Saturday, December 17th! Fun linens and look at that Ice Carving! I know the food is going to be outrageous!!! Love this place and the Staff!!!
