Yearly reminder!
Some insight on exactly what I do for a living.

Q: Do you book more than just Disney?
A: Yes! While Disney is one of my favorite places on Earth and I have an overwhelming plethora of knowledge including Disney Cruises, Adventures by Disney, Aulani Hawaii, along with Universal, Seaworld, and Busch Gardens.

Q: Is there a fee to book my vacation with you?
A: NO! (Some TAs do…I do not. For now.) I am compensated by each supplier after your trip is complete.

Q: Will you be my personal concierge and do ALL the planning and arrangements?
A: Sure! All Vacation Packages booked with me receive my general complimentary planning…but for those who would like to do the majority of planning I am there as a guide.

Q: What if I only need Theme Park tickets?
A: I can book those for you as well.

Q: What if I want to handle all my own planning but just want you there in case of reservation changes or cancellations?
A: That is 100% fine with me!!! I have to call Disney everyday anyway, so might as well be there to help you when you need it! And let’s face it. You will need at least one change at some point. Some Guests even need multiple changes, and that’s okay!

Q: Are you a third party booking agency?
A: No! I book directly with Disney just like you would. I save you time and frustration as I know just who to call and what to say!

Q: What if I book now but then a promotion comes out later?
A: I monitor the promotions daily, so if one comes out that works with your trip, I will apply it to your reservation saving you all the money!! This happens often. That means I am the one on hold for 15 hours while you work and spend time with your family.

Q: Can I make payments on my trip?
A: Absolutely! Anytime you would like to make a payment, just let me know and I will process those payments for you!

Q: What if something goes REALLY wrong?
A: Call me! I am here for you.

Q: What sets you apart from Costco, booking online, or the big store front travel agencies?
A: See above answer.

Q: Can you get me a SUPER CHEAP deal???
A: There is a huge difference between a CHEAP deal and a GOOD deal. I will get you the best value for your money.

Q: It sounds like booking with a Travel Pro specializing in Disney is WAY easier and saves a ton of time and frustration, is that true?
A: Yes! And we become friends so its easier for you to feel comfortable calling me when you need me!

When in Disney ! Today we got to the a wee bit before the rest of our party. We were headed to Morocco for a check-in and decided to stop in China! We have never done the Circle Vision 360-Reflections of China! I wish I had done it sooner! It was so beautiful! I want to do it again and see the things I missed the first time!
