Please hear me loud and clear. I will make this as simple as possible.
VRBO gets paid to service their host and their guests. You have been completely unconscionable in your communication that in the middle of the disaster we're going to stop and email you.

Check the news because we don't have Communication capabilities at this time. We have people from other countries here trying to help us while you are demanding that we do anything at all to take care of the many cancellations that are taking place right now.

There is absolutely no reason why a guest cannot request a cancellation without trying to get your hosts who are homeless, without water, transportation, phone, internet and electricity.

VRBO do your job. Step Up! Cancel the friggin reservations. And if you want to do something else, show us some freaking kindness and don't penalize us.
