We focus on reducing risk for our clients while managing the process with a non-adversarial, non-biased, vendor neutral approach. We are a true advocate for the Owner. As such, we structure our services to provide the Owner with the level of representation and assistance required to meet the

specific needs of their project. The depth and breadth of experience of our company allows us to provide our clients with the total management of their project from planning and programming, through design, bidding, construction, relocation management and exacting project closeout.

The excitement is building: Trader Joe's will open this spring in Camp Hill! Eastern PCM has been a part of the project since its early days, offering program and construction management services to the Lower Allen Township Development Authority.

Project Managers with EPCM are responsible for the proper coordination and ex*****on of all activities on a project, ensuring the quality, cost, schedule, and scope are being maintained in accordance with the terms of the Contract with the Owner and in compliance with all Contract Documents.

EPCM provides Construction Draw Inspections

Here is a quick video from the Candlewood Suites in Springettsbury Township (York, PA) where Eastern PCM is providing Construction Draw Inspection services to Centric Bank. Eastern PCM performs site inspections, reviews and approves contractor Pay Applications, verifies major subcontractors and material suppliers being used on the project, and processes all "Release of Liens and Claims". For more information about our Construction Draw Inspection services visit our website www.easternpcm.com! The project is financed by Centric Bank through an SBA-7a program. Construction is scheduled to be complete in November 2016.
