Food for thought the next time you are planning a vacation. I'm working on a Texas beach vacation for 5 days. It's coming in around $2400 (air, hotel, car). So I check to see how much it would be to go to Mexico instead, 5 star, adult only, all-inclusive, for the same dates. Several of my favorite properties are between $1600-$2300. This includes air, hotel, transfers, food, drinks, and travel protection.

Granted, I travel a lot. Lately, it’s been for learning. I also just love to experience different cultures and learn about different countries. For the next 10 days, I’m in St Vincent and the Grenadines, just relaxing. We are staying in St Vincent for a few days, then boarding a catamaran to sail the Grenadines. I will still learn about the culture here, and the people, but I will be relaxing and taking in the beauty that surrounds me here. This is our view while we enjoy a local soup, conch fritters, Caribbean lobster, and the local rum, of course.

I have been on board the Norwegian Prima for a week now and it does not disappoint. The ship is beautiful, the staff are so nice and just happy, and the food and service has been spot on. When this ship comes to the Caribbean, I’d highly recommend cruising on the NCL Prima. Just my opinion,and from my experiences, I would place NCL over RCCL.
