Visiting beautiful Animal Kingdom Lodge on this Wednesday! Such amazing craftsmanship went into this resort! While I have never had the chance to stay here, I do love dining at this resort… Sanaa, Boma and the Mara have all been amazing. Jiko is on my list for next time!

Happy everyone! Calling out all the awesome cast members who go above and beyond to make our vacations extra memorable! During our last trip, a cast member noticed my family’s Muppets shirts and invited them behind the rope for a photo with Statler and Waldorf. CMs are the best! ❤️

🍂 Pumpkin Pie Cookie Cake 🍂

I used shortcut on this one by purchasing an undecorated cookie cake from our grocery store bakery. We can all use a shortcut sometimes, especially around the holidays!

💚❤️ Mickey’s Christmas Snack Mix ❤️💚

Sweet and salty snack mix is my favorite!

❤️ 6 cups Rice Chex
💚 3 cups Cheerios
❤️ 3 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch
💚 1/4 cup maple syrup
❤️ 1 cup vanilla candy melts
💚 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
❤️ 3 cups caramel corn
💚 2 cups pretzels
❤️ 2 cups mini marshmallows
💚 1 cup Mickey chips

❤️ Combine Chex, Cheerios, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Toss with maple syrup and melted candy melts, then coat with powdered sugar. Mix in caramel corn, pretzels, marshmallows and Mickey chips. Enjoy!

🌋 Greetings from Via Napoli on this Wednesday! Mt. Etna, Mt. Vesuvius, and Stromboli cook up the most delicious pizza in Disney World. Love that they are named after some of Italy’s active volcanos! And yes, the pizza in this sit down restaurant is SO delicious… definitely worth a visit! 🍕
