Situated along the Sassagoula River, it has such beautiful scenery that evokes the romance of the south. You can even take a short boat ride to its sister resort, Port Orleans French Quarter (for beignets!), and Disney Springs!

Universal Orlando is offering a “free” Dining Card of up to $1,000 for stays from the Christmas 2024 season through Spring Break 2025.

Minimum 4-night stay and minimum 4-day promo ticket required. Food and Beverage Card value varies based on hotel and length of stay. One (1) Food & Beverage card per room; pickup and activation is at the Universal Vacation Planning Center in hotel on reservation.

Universal Orlando Pro Tip: Take Advantage of the Child Swap Program

If your younger children don't meet the height requirements or are too frightened to go on certain rides, you don't have to miss out on any of the fun. Universal's Child Swap program allows one member of your party to wait with the kids in a family room while the rest of your party rides. Once they're finished, you can switch places so whoever went first can stay with the kids and the adult(s) who sat out can enjoy the ride! It's a win-win. What I love the most about this program is that it allows the entire party to go through the queue once together.
