Between the racing at Port Royal Speedway Trackside Media, Parmalee's performance, and now the rodeo, the week is shaping up to be a stellar event!

Rodeo Returns to the 2025 Juniata County Fair at Port Royal Speedway

Port Royal, PA – Port Royal Speedway and the Juniata County Fair are thrilled to announce the return of the exciting rodeo event for the 2025 Juniata County Fair! Mark your calendars for Tuesday, September 2nd at 7pm, as the Lucky E Rodeo Company brings an action-packed evening featuring Bulls, Broncs, and Barrel Racing to the fairgrounds.

Fans of heart-pounding rodeo action can expect an excellent showcase of skill and bravery as talented cowboys and cowgirls compete in classic rodeo events. From the wild rides of bull and bronc busting to the precision and speed of barrel racing, the evening promises excitement for the whole family.

“We are excited to bring the rodeo back to the Juniata County Fair,” said Seth Koser, President of the Juniata County Agricultural Society. “The combination of rodeo entertainment and the rich traditions of our fair makes for an unforgettable night.”

Campers will learn basic kayak skills and water safety and get to try both single and tandem kayaks on calm, nearby waterways. We will also learn a little about wildlife and ecology. The River Valleys Maple Syrup Producers Association invites you to visit six area sugar shacks on our annual Maple Tour taking place Friday through Sunday. Learn how the sap is extracted from the trees and tour the sugar shacks to see how it is turned into tasty maple syrup and other products. Enjoy free samples while you learn. Maple syrup, candy, sugar, cream, and more will be available for purchase directly from the producers. There is no charge for the tour. The Byler Amish, a small and conservative subgroup of the Amish, have their roots in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania, where they formed after a division from the Lancaster County Amish in 1849. Known locally as "Alt Gemee," meaning "Old Church," this community is distinct for its adherence to traditional practices, including the unique yellow buggies that earned them the nickname "yellow-toppers."
