Did you know that Belgium, a country famed for its beer culture, is home to unique beer tourism? There's a famous beer pipeline In the town of Leuven running from the De Halve Maan brewery to its bottling plant two miles away. This underground pipeline does 2 things: 1. Helps reduce truck traffic in the town, making it easier and more pleasant for tourists to explore the historic streets while enjoying the local brews. 2. The pipeline can transport up to 4,000 liters of beer per hour, ensuring that visitors can enjoy fresh beer throughout their stay!

So I am getting asked to compare my Utopia of the Seas experience to my Icon of the Seas experience. “Which is better?” The honest answer is these are two completely different types of travel.

Icon is a true vacation because it's a week. And Utopia is the best of quick getaways if you have just a few days of fun. Even if you look at the entertainment on Icon with "Wizard of Oz," which has been a humongous hit… then you have the dueling pianos and so many different places to go on that ship for longer sit downs.

On Utopia, you still have tons of options, because this is the second-largest ship in the world, but it's really focused around a high-energy vibe and trying lots of different things in one night. There’s one big production show in the theater, "All In!" with music, dance and vibrant in its colors and its costumes. As a 3- and 4-night product, you wouldn't want to do more than one main show, because you have so many other shows, such as the ice skating, and AquaTheater productions. Think about it: You actually have three main shows, and if you're on a 3-night cruise, you’ll barely make it to all three! Having too many options is the best problem you can have in a weekend!
