Join us most Sunday afternoons for a light-hearted, beginners yoga class with our lovable miniature goats! Unwind with hooves and giggles in this truly unique experience enjoyed by animal lovers of all ages.
Just two miles south of Downtown Historic Lexington and minutes from VMI and WLU . The remodeled BARN at Autumn Ridge sits on top of a forty-acre ridge above the charming Autumn Ridge Cottages and serves as our indoor Goat Yoga studio. The grassy fields, wildlife, and surrounding woodlands provide for a setting of peace and serenity.
