Good morning everyone! I just wanted you all to know that my last day with the hotel is December 29th! I've accepted another position with another company. Hersh gets back from his vacation on January 22nd. I will be giving him ownership of this account so he can still be reached. It has been great to help you all in any way I could.

Good afternoon to you all! At this time, we are still working on those personalized confirmation letters that will get emailed to you. We hope to have these all done by the end of October!

I just want to warn you all, I may not be in the hotel for next year's Breyerfest as I am due with my first baby in May next year!

After the phone calls have slowly died down, we are officially sold out. I will be reaching out via phone number provided to tell you which number you currently sit at on the waitlist. This morning, I have had 80 calls to be placed on the list! I am proud to say that we have booked 24, so everyone has moved up significantly!

For those that are already booked, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as I get started with those as they are personalized for each guest! I believe I will be able to get through those at the earliest September. You may receive sooner, it may be the end of 2022. It just depends on how busy we are at the hotel and if I am able to stay at my desk for that duration!

Good afternoon everyone!

Email confirmations will most likely be sent out late August, early September at the EARLIEST! They are all personalized so they take a bit to edit!

I have had some guests that did not turn in their slips on time, I do apologize that you were unable to get your room for the next year, however, you will be able to call August 1st at 8am EST to try and rebook a different room.

This year will work a little differently.. we will answer all calls first and place everyone on the waitlist until we get to a point where we don't have people on hold. We will collect your name and number and give you a callback same day for the rooms that we have available. We will not book you at the time of calling just so we don't have so many people on hold/in queue.

Due to some people not checking in or cancelling their rooms, we now have 4 rooms open for this weekend. You will also have the chance to prebook for next year's Breyer!

We have contacted everyone on the waitlist already so please make sure you comment, message or call me directly at 859-825-5011! I will update with how many I have left to sell.

Room 149 is currently open to book and has 2 full sized beds. This is an outside room.

Good afternoon everyone! Today is our busiest day so please be patient with our front desk staff checking you in! :)

So far I have put in 57 reservations for next year! As a reminder, these MUST be turned in by noon on Friday to secure your reservation. If it is not turned in by this cut-off, you will unfortunately lose your room and you will have to call back August 1st when we open up regular sales!

A LOT of people have been calling to cancel their reservations so please ensure you answer your phone when I call! I will call from the hotel's main line, 859-233-0512. From 125 people, the list has moved about 30 spots! I am still calling those on the waitlist and have made it to about 50 so far.

I have a room in 200s open, rate is $145 for this room type. If you ALREADY have a reservation and would like to switch rooms please let me know! I have looked through all of my requests and they all state they want ground level. This room is a single king bed with a pullout sofa and is above the lobby area. First one to comment will be switched over and I will be contacting next guest on waitlist for old room. :)

An update as I have got a few questions from multiple people:

Parking - unsure who has started stating we were giving parking passes out... we are not. With our new onsite restaurant opening, we cannot limit parking. Please note that if you park at the gas station, you will get towed! All managers will be outside parking and directing traffic Thursday and Friday definitely.

Denny's - is demolished! Completely gone. We will more than likely have this as hotel/restaurant employee parking. There will be a few managers who will park in guest spots as backup and move our personal vehicles if a guest shows up with no more parking!

500/600 rooms - have not been demo'd. They are still there and we do plan on still tearing that portion down, we do not foresee that happening until a minimum of 2-3 years.

Transferring a room over to new guest name - We will only be doing this in person during Breyer! If you are unable to make it this year, and your roommate is not already listed, you will be advised that we are unable to hold your reservation and forfeit your existing reservation. This is unfair to those on the waitlist if you just transfer your room to another person. I currently have 125+ on the waitlist.

Furthermore, if you have any additional questions, please drop them below for all guests/comers to view!

Please comment "coming" or your name to confirm you are indeed arriving for your existing confirmation! I have called numerous people today that wanted to move rooms but they actually were requesting to cancel.

I will be calling existing guest reservations beginning today through the end of the week to confirm reservations! Then I will be contacting those on the waitlist to book new reservations!

**EDIT TO ADD: If you are a roommate, please list the main room contact name!** If you happen to know your room number, that is also a GREAT help! There are so many reservations within the group so it takes awhile to load!

Good afternoon, all! I appreciate everyone being patient as the hotel industry still struggles! I was out with COVID last week and had an abundance of voicemails from some Breyerfest guests! I had the new Assistant General Manager reach out as I am still recovering with minimal voice! You may always text, email, or Facebook message this page! A big item this year will be Sedona Taphouse being open! They are open daily at 11am. Sunday-Thursday 11am-10pm. Frida & Saturday 11am-11pm. Happy Hours Monday-Friday 3pm-6pm. Sunday-Thursday 8:30pm-10pm. Sedona offers daily specials and has over 100 different beers (on tap, canned, or bottled). If you have ANY questions, just let me know!

hi everyone! just a quick update!
i am back from a much needed vacation! i am getting caught up on all emails and voicemails. i had a bunch but rest assured, i will get back with those that did reach out, i promise!

i will be training our new assistant general manager and he will also be helping me out with questions if i am already gone for the day. also training a GM for our georgetown location!

then wedding time beginning august 6, i will not return back to work until august 18. i will not be answering any phone calls or emails during this time. if you need immediate assistance while i am away, please call the hotel and speak with Jamie or Worthie.
