If you don't know about the "Finders Keepers" Let me explain-

Every year, volunteers place more than 3,000 glass floats along Lincoln City’s 7 miles of beaches. Lucky beachcombers get to keep these small pieces of art. Yes Anchor Court Beach House is located on this 7 mile stretch. All are made personally by local artisans. Remember if you find a float, it’s all yours."

"Be on the lookout for the colorful twinkle of a hand-blown glass float when you’re exploring our beaches. As the name says, Finders Keepers!" explains Lincoln City.
