We are almost done!! This has to be the longest remodel ever! We should be open before Spring! What do you think of the cottage Mermaid? She is very old and comes from Maine! We are trying to “find” her name….. any suggestions? 😀

We are getting closer but we keep running into “challenges”!!! But it’s been beautiful at the cottage even with all the construction delays!! We hope to be done soon!!

Beautiful day in Lincoln City! I put in the perennial garden at the cottage, can’t wait to have flowers blooming this summer! Projects are being finished left and right. Bathroom will be finished this coming week

Happy Holidays from the Jetty Ave Cottage! Progress on the cottage has been moving by leaps and bounds! Electrical was completed in a flash and the bathrooms are almost done! 👌😀

We had a bit of a slow down on the restoration of the cottage but we are back on track! The hardwood floors were installed and it feels like it’s coming together!!

Hey everyone!
Thank you so much for taking interest in our cottage! We look forward to sharing some history about the cottage and the remodel while we get ready to welcome our friends and neighbors (starting in October). Today we begin our first post regarding updates and adventures at the cottage. It has been 5 years since we purchased our 1946 cottage in Lincoln City. We removed every brick piece by piece down to the wood skeleton and re-stacked the brick walls. Then we started on the inside and replaced or remodeled everything, adding square footage, a bathroom, laundry, patio, new windows, a soaking tub, new floors and an updated kitchen. We hope you get to know and enjoy the cottage and have it be your "go to" coastal spot!
