This level also has a comfortable bedroom with a four-poster queen bed, a full bathroom, and a relaxing living room with leather sofas, a gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV. There is access to a spacious outdoor patio with a gas grill from the living room. On the ground floor you will find another well-appointed bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and a cozy family room with two leather futons (full/queen) and a flat-screen TV.
