Just returned from an incredible trip to Madrid, where NOVA played a key role in executing our largest corporate event yet—welcoming nearly 400 guests from all over the globe! With attendees traveling from different continents, Europe was the ideal meeting point, and less than three months ago, we were tasked with finding a destination that could accommodate a group of this size, fit within a specific budget, and had the necessary availability. A tall order on such a short timeline—but we made it happen!

We secured the perfect venue with ample guest rooms, spacious and fully equipped meeting areas, a stunning ballroom for their final-night gala, and top-tier food and beverage offerings that met their standards.

To ensure everything ran seamlessly, we flew in to oversee airport transfers, assist with check-ins, and coordinate with the hotel staff. The result? A flawlessly executed event and glowing feedback from the company. Huge thanks to the team at Meliá Castilla for their outstanding support!
