I had such a peaceful, quiet, relaxing afternoon reading and listening to music on the dock while Mark and Bernie were fishing. The sun was shining, there was a nice breeze, and I didn't see or hear another boat on the lake.

Hey everyone, our summer openings are now filled, but we still have openings in Sept. and October. That's a beautiful time of the year to be at the lake. Those of you who want summer weeks, you can contact our friend, Tim Byrd, at 203.623.3522. His place is only 4 lots from ours. It's a really nice place with 3 bedrooms, a sandy waterfront, etc. Give Tim a call to find out rates and availabiltiy.

We put in our new gardens this Spring. It will be fun to watch it grow bigger each year. Another new addition...air conditioners! We don't need it all the time, but it really helps on some of those HOT summer days! Another wonderful Spring/Summer/Fall season at our little piece of heaven on earth.

Just received this question, so I thought it would be good to answer for everyone.

Weeks are Saturday to Saturday. You come in on a Saturday (3pm) and leave the following Saturday (10am). We do not rent nightly or just for a weekend.
