📰 What's going on in the travel world! 📰 Monday's we are going to start the week off by talking about what news happened in the travel industry the week before. So starting fresh, what's new? ❄️ The Midwest was hit by winter weather Saturday evening into Sunday evening. As a reminder please check your flight for updates for weather impacted schedules. If you are traveling, please be safe! ✈️ Starting January 8th, travel to the UK will now require an Electronic Travel Visa (ETA). The ETA will pre-clear you for entry into the country before travel. You can check who all will need an ETA here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/check-when-you-can-get-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta. The United State is on this list. 🎇 Looking ahead, if travel to Italy is on your bucket-list, this year is the Jubilee. It is a major Catholic holiday that happens every 25 years. Please note major cities in Italy will be considerably more crowded than usual. If there is anything you would like to hear about, please let us know if the comments!

This week was a short start to the year, but we started it off by setting big goals! We will be increasing our social media engagement. This accomplishes several things: it reaches our current followers and encourages them to continue their relationship with us, it reaches new followers so that they can see what we can do for them, and it helps us explain and promote what we do. We hope to educate and inspire others to enjoy traveling and the process therein and can’t wait to see what we can accomplish!
