!!!THE DREDGING IS FINISHED!!!
Finally, the project is completed and we can get back to normal operations.Most of the boats have been moved back to their slips and the water is deep.
If you see the staff dancing up and down the docks...that's why.

To all Renters. Today is the day I print invoices. If I have not received your signed rent letter your rate will be increased to $11.00 per foot. If I receive your letter before 5:00 pm tomorrow your rent will be reduced back to $10.00 per foot. After that it will not be reduced until the following month.

Please keep in mind the rule listed below. The rule of quiet time must be upheld for the enjoyment of all members and renters.

15. NOISE
All members and their guests shall refrain from playing radios, stereos, tape players, televisions
or musical instruments loudly. After 10:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m., no activity shall be
undertaken so as to be heard by other members. All members and their guests shall respect the
rights of other persons on the premises. Parents shall not allow children to run and play on the
docks and other facilities. Younger children should be under the direct supervision of their
parents or guardians at all times.

Two important announcements.
First the locksmith is in the process of changing the codes right now. If you do not have the new codes please call the office before your next visit. If its after hours and you still don't have the codes. send me or Lex a text for the code.
Second we have a new contract with Spectrum. Cable should be restored by the end of the week. If you went down to Spectrum and got boxes you will need to return those boxes or you will be billed after 1 year. Please come up to the office to get a sheet with the new line up on it. The channels have changed.

Just wanted to send out a reminder that the gate codes will be changing on Monday April 16th. If you are here this weekend stop by and pick op the new codes.

Please, do not put large household items in the dumpsters. they will not pickup dumpsters that have large items sticking out of the top. all large items must be taken to the dump. it is about 2 miles away and we can give you directions if you need them. If we have to call the trash company for an extra pickup it will be billed to your account.

I have good news and bad news. The fuel dock is now open for business. The pool is still closed, but you can grill on the patio in front of the pool.

Please keep out of the pool area during construction. It’s hard to work around you and it is dangerous. The pool will be locked until construction is complete. You may still use the grill, it has been moved outside of the gate.
