My biggest Epcot tip might SHOCK you 🫣

Use your Epcot day as your day to sleep in… unless you’re going mid summer but that’s a different story.

We heavily utilize genie on our days at Epcot and we also take the mornings slow. We’ve found that when we rope drop Epcot we get through things way to early and end up waiting around for the festival boosts to open.

Stacking lighting lanes is a great way to not wait in super long lines and still get everything you wanted to get done done in the day.

Character meet and greets at Disney are some of my fav!!!

Did you know that you can use your Disney app to find out where certain characters are and what time they’re available for pictures !

I would be lost if I didn’t know how to utilize the my Disney experience app ! Part of my job as a travel advisor is to make sure you know how to utilize all of the things on your next Disney vacation 🥰

The trip I turned my husband into a Disney fan 🙃

He said it was a one and done trip, you know one where we do “research” so we know what to do when we have kids . Not only has he continued to come back with me but I’ve also become a travel advisor helping other families plan their most magical vacations.

There is a right way and a wrong way to do Disney ! I’ll let you in on a secret…. It’s different for everyone . My trips with my husband look A LOT different from my trips with my agency or even my friends .

Every trip I go on this ride becomes less scary 🙈🤦🏻‍♀️
People LOVE the skyliner . Although I don’t HATE it anymore it is not my favorite transportation on Disney property.
The skyliner is such an easy mode of transportation and I have clients that will only stay in resorts that are on the Skyliner!

If you are looking for a character breakfast that isn’t overwhelming and is more quiet than most then look no further .

People keep asking me which park is my favorite at Disney, and I always respond with it depends on the kind of day I’m looking to have ! I don’t think people love that answer but here’s my thoughts .
Magic kingdom- my favorite way to start a Disney trip. It’s nostalgia, it takes me back to my childhood and really gets me into the Disney spirit !
Animal kingdom- usually my day 2 park. I love to take my time through it , it’s usually a half day park for me. It’s perfect for a chill day when you want to take your time and relax.
Epcot- I almost always plan a rest day for the day after. This park is my favorite for trying new things and getting a drink or two. My favorite ride in Disney is at Epcot and to me this park takes me the longest to get through. The details of the festivals are incredible !
Hollywood studios- always my closer . I love ending the the trip with this park. Especially when I’m with my husband . We could spend most of our day sitting in galaxy’s edge just kinda hanging out . Toy Story land is my favorite and they also have my favorite shows !
I don’t think I could ever pick one park to be my favorite because they all offer such different things .

Some things to know before your next Disney trip based on questions I’ve been asked lately.
•
There are 4 theme parks ,& 2 water parks.
Rides do close down for refurbishment
Lately only one water park has been open at a time
Some rides require a virtual Que
Genie plus can be complicated
Reservations at restaurants are HIGHLY recommended
Harry Potter is NOT anywhere in the Disney bubble
Disney springs does NOT require a park reservation

It really is in the little details that most of the time get overlooked . People ask me if I get bored of Disney and the honest answer is no.
I learn something new and usually find something new every time I’m there . Each trip I have I meet the most incredible people and love the escape from reality . I’m in a phase of life where the busier I am the better I mentally feel, not to mention I know where all the places to relax are if I need that little bit of time alone 🥰

To think this all started with a mouse 🥰
Walt Disney has always inspired me . The view of main street gives me goose bumps every time . To me this isn’t just a castle or a theme park or even a franchise to me it’s so much more . The view from up here makes me want to go 100 towards all of my goals . Nothing in Walt’s life was going easy but he still kept pushing forward and because of his hard work his dreams came true .
I set some pretty scary goals this year and thanks to all of you I’ve been achieving more than I thought possible 💕💕

Olaf and I are not naive to the fact that Florida is
H O T in the summer months . Whether it’s due to budgets or schedules vacationing at Disney can still be incredible during those months .
•
If you are traveling during the summer here’s some tips!
1. Be prepared, pack water bottles & sunscreen !
2. Don’t pack your day full of in the park activities , plan a resort break or a sit down meal during the hottest parts of the day you can get a break.
3. Rope drop or closing down the parks are going to be your best way to get the most done but also not be in the heat .

An athletic dress or skirt and a sweater with a pair of Disney ears is what you’ll find me in almost everyday at Disney 🥰

My top 5 Disney tips! Although there’s a ton more I could give you these are the ones I think are the most important to take in. 1. Use a travel agent - we are up to date on everything going on and can keep you updated on what’s going to affect your trip. Not everything Disney announces will have a direct effect on your vacation however it can get overwhelming when you’re hearing all of the happenings. 2. Have a light plan. Don’t plan your trip minute by minute there is to many things that can happen out of your control. My tip is to plan one meal that day, 3 rides you want to get on and what time you’re getting to your first park or the day. 3. Remember to plan for a break! Disney is a lot more matter what time of year, don’t forget to give your body a chance to rest ! This is also the perfect time to drink water !!! Bringing a water bottle is also a huge tip of mine ! 4. Check your budget !!! So many people come home from a trip and get mad at themselves for blowing their budget ! It’s easy to go overboard at Disney my tip is to check your budget every day and see where you’re at ! If you start your day knowing what you have to spend you are less likely to go to overboard! 5. HAVE PATIENCE! We are all human , cast members included ! There are a lot of false claims out there about how to get “ pixie dusted” by cast members when in reality there is only so much they actually control.

Unpopular opinion: all star music is my favorite resort to stay at because they have my favorite pulled pork on property 🙂🙃🫣 A lot of people don’t think about the fact that the food choices at your home base or your resort are an important factor in choosing where you are going to stay . Every resort has different options , some have more options than others . If a sit down meal is important to you then the value resorts probably won’t be it . If late night snacks are important then you should take a look at the menus before going . Although I love a good sit down meal I tend to resort hop for those so when picking my resort it’s not something I’m super picky about . #disneytipsandtricks

5 tips to beat the summer heat in Disney! 🌟 light clothes ! Dress for the weather! Heavy clothes will feel even heavier in the heat of Orlando! 🌟 bring a water bottle and electrolytes ! I bring liquid iv ! The quick service locations in the parks will also have free water ! 🌟 mid day break! Go back to your resort to swim or head to a dining location with inside seating ! 🌟 utilize genie plus! Especially for those rides with outside lines. 🌟 prioritize! Although you can probably get everything down due to lower crowds pick your top things ! And make sure to take breaks in between!
