We at the Livingston-Overton County Chamber of Commerce are excited to celebrate Neil Ashburn of Prime Realty and Auction, LLC Realty & Auction Company as our January Chamber Member of the Month! 🎉

Neil’s journey in the Auction and Real Estate industry began in 1992 when he obtained his Auctioneer License and joined Webb Real Estate. In 1995, he earned his Real Estate License and continued with Webb until 2017, when he fulfilled his lifelong dream of opening his own office, Prime Realty & Auction Company.

With over 25 years of experience serving the Upper Cumberland, Neil works alongside his brother, David Ashburn, and daughter, Sara Ashburn-Bryant. A proud family man, Neil hopes his daughter will continue the legacy as the next generation to lead Prime Realty & Auction.

As the Broker, Neil ensures all of his agents are local to Livingston-Overton County, reinforcing his commitment to supporting and growing the community he loves. Neil’s dedication, leadership, and family values truly make him a standout member of our Chamber.

Thank you, Neil, for all you do to make a positive impact on our community. We appreciate your unwavering commitment to the people of Livingston-Overton County. We are proud to have you and your team as part of our Chamber Family!

Randy, you will be greatly missed across the State! The Livingston Overton County Chamber will be forever grateful to have known you and worked with you. Our hearts and prayers go out to all you loved you!

The Upper Cumberland community mourns the loss of a dedicated leader and true champion of our region. Jackson County Mayor Randy Heady, who faithfully served in his role since 2018 and as chairman of our board in recent years, leaves a legacy of exceptional leadership, unwavering kindness, and a heart for service. His absence will be deeply felt, and his contributions will be remembered with gratitude and respect.
