Our guide, Chuck, went above and beyond his normal duties by purchasing a cake so this family from Ireland could celebrate their special day. Write a caption... Well, that’s a wrap for the “summer season” in Yellowstone National Park. Park roads will be closed to regular vehicle traffic today. Views of Yellowstone’s Grand Canyon and other amazing views will have to wait for another year.

But don’t worry, there’s good news for those still wanting to visit Yellowstone in the winter. Yellowstone Guidelines offers winter tours in the northern tier of Yellowstone, including the Lamar Valley. We are still booking for the 2023 season!
