Our little Llano cottage just earned this awesome designation … !!! … just as we’re about to take her off the market / off airbnb for the next year.

We’ll be renting to some lovely tenants who want to be near the river, park, and splash pad.

We’ll be back on airbnb next summer! In the meantime, our cabin on the Llano River is still available to friends (and friends of friends), so don’t hesitate to reach out!

One of our favorite spots is just a couple of blocks from Stone’s Throw Cottage — and this time of year is that perfect sweet spot when it’s warm enough to swim during the day and cool enough to stargaze on the porch at night.

Felt a whole lot of support from the community tonight as our application to operate a short term rental was unanimously approved by the Llano City Council.
