You are formally invited to a Meet the Candidate Town Hall

Showcasing candidates for all of Caldwell County, Lockhart City Council, and Lockhart ISD School Board

on

Thursday, October 10, 2024

at 6:00 p.m.

at the Gerry Ohlendorf Performing Arts Center at Lockhart High School

The Town Hall will be moderated by Stephanie Riggins and Lori Rangel. Candidates will make opening comments, will respond to community questions, and give closing remarks. To submit your questions for the candidate’s consideration, please send them in as soon as possible prior to Oct. 10 via email to [email protected].

Doors will open at 5:30pm for the guests to arrive, and the event will promptly begin at 6:00 p.m. Candidates will have campaign materials to distribute prior to the start of the event. Come out to hear our candidates discuss Caldwell County’s, Lockhart’s and our school’s issues of the day.

Day 2 of the Diez y Seis: What an incredible weekend! We stood witness to a beautiful tapestry of community spirit full of Lockhart residents and visiting newcomers experiencing our small town’s charm!

Families gathered; laughter echoed through the square.

Friends reunited, much awaited hugs and stories shared.

And that Lockhart hospitality? It flowed like a warm breeze, wrapping everyone in its embrace.

Now, let’s talk about the artists! From soulful melodies that tugged at heartstrings to rhythms that made our feet tap, we hope you discovered new favorite songs that’ll linger long after the festival.

And the food—oh, the food! Our taste buds danced alongside the music! The vendors worked so hard to keep serving up quality local eats this weekend for our hungry appetites!

Founded in 1990, Pegasus has been tirelessly ‘Takin’ Care of Texas’ Kids.’ We’re deeply appreciative of all they do for these boys and the countless projects they’ve championed within our small town.
